📌 GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Are all items handmade?
A: Yes! Every product is made to order with care and precision. Nothing is mass produced — we create each item just for you.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please text us at 870-273-6776 before placing your order to confirm availability.

Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: At this time, we do not offer local pickup or delivery unless arranged directly through text or email.


🖼️ CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Can I personalize my order?
A: Absolutely! Most of our products are customizable. You can upload photos, specify colors, and include names, dates, or personal messages.

Q: What if I submitted the wrong information?
A: If production hasn’t started, we can correct it. Please text us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.


📦 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Processing takes 2–4 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship only within the United States.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my item?
A: We do not accept returns on custom items or drinkware, unless the error is on our part. Other returns must be approved and returned within 7 days at the customer's expense.

Q: What if my item is damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.


🧾 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Q: How do I receive my digital purchase?
A: Digital products like Canva templates are delivered via email or direct download after purchase.

Q: Can I resell or share your templates?
A: No. All digital files are for personal or business use only. They cannot be resold or distributed.
