  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (standard) or 2–3 (priority) via USPS/UPS

  • Tracking numbers are sent once your order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including approved returns.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays, incorrect addresses, or lost packages once they are in carrier hands.

  • Custom items and drinkware are non-returnable unless due to an error on our part.

  • Returns for non-custom items must be approved in advance, returned within 7 days, and shipped at the customer’s expense.
